Shipping & Returns
- All orders are shipped VIA the USPS. Often we ship items next day but please allow 3-5 business days for shipping notification.
- Domestic shipping costs are set based on weight as calculated by the USPS. As a small operation we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible and keep everything is house so there are no "handling" charges here! Domestic orders $100+ Ship FREE
- Customer can choose to have items shipped USPS Priority or Parcel Ground. Both options include tracking numbers.
- Most domestic orders should arrive between 3-7 business days (depending on chosen shipping method). Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
- Insurance / Signature Required / Expedited Shipping are available, but NOT automatic, and prices may vary accordingly. If you are interested in having something expedited please email email@example.com
- Please make sure your preferences and delivery address are correct before ordering. Fernweh Home is not responsible for any orders delivered to the incorrect address. All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
- We try our best to ensure that the product images used on our site accurately depict the colors and nuances in each product. However, computer monitors and lighting vary, and we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the real thing.
- Please remember that each Fernweh Home item is handcrafted. We feel the details and unique characteristics add charm and character and will not be considered "defective". (The obvious exceptions would include if something arrived to you damaged in transit and had large stains, hole, tear etc.)
- If an item arrives to you damaged please contact us immediately and send photos of all damage.
- We are happy to accept returns on unwashed, undamaged merchandise within 7 days of delivery date.
- Return cost is responsility of customer.
- To be eligible for return item must be received in the original condition.
- Upon receipt and approval of return a refund will be processed to original method of payment.
- *Non returnable items include any sale items, rugs and special orders/commissions
- We do ask that you please shoot us an email first just so we can be on the lookout for the returning package. Thank you!
